Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket" on the left of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to able to satisfy you order. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron etc through our secure payment gateway provided by ProtX.
We accept credit card payment only online, but if you prefer you are welcome to ring your order through to us on 01252 330850. Alternatively, you can print out your order form and post your order with a cheque made out to 'Nature's Nectar Limited'. Please use the address above for postal orders.
Tax Charges
All prices shown on our website and in our order form include VAT, as applicable (honey in a jar is not VATable, but all other products are). The split of VAT is shown clearly on the confirmation email that you will be sent after placing an order online. All orders also receive a printed invoice with your products.
Orders placed from outside of the UK will also have VAT included in the prices. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to settle any further tax or duty if it applies in the destination country.
Payment terms
No orders will be processed without prior payment.
Online Ordering - secure online payment clearance
Credit card transations are cleared through our payment service provider, ProtX. All credit card numbers are transferred via secure encrypted connections to ProtX. You can have confidence that your card details are being handled with great care. All card payments online are handled via ProtX - we will only see if a payment was made successfully or not and so your card details will not be seen by us in any online transaction.
Guarantee and Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know and we will endeavour to put it right. We welcome any feedback you may have about our products and how we might improve our service to you.
We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive any products in less than perfect condition, contact us within 30 days to let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Please include full details of the fault, the date you purchased the goods and any invoice number plus your contact details to assist us in processing your return and issuing replacement goods/refunds.
In this event we will also refund the cost of postage.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer relating to the quality and description of the goods as provided by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).

Privacy Policy
ManukaHoney.co.uk is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We may use technology to track your use of the site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
d. Send out information regarding our products
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will never reproduce any feedback you give us about your use of our products without your prior consent.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 7 working days after you receive the goods. If your purchase arrives in good condition, but you are unhappy with it, we will be happy to refund your money. It must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and we will make a reimbursement within 30 days of the cancellation date. Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return of unwanted products.
If you wish to cancel your order within the seven day cooling off period (seven working days after the day on which you receive them) you MUST inform us in writing either by email or letter, of your wish to cancel. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us.
Note, the seven day cooling off period does not apply to business to business transactions.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Some damage to the product packaging we do accept. Please ensure the goods are packed adequately and addressed correctly. The postage cost is your responsibility and we strongly recommend that you send the goods by registered post.
Any refunds due will be completed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Usually we hold plenty of stock so there should be no delays in getting your products to you.
